I won't lie, I can be a bit vein at times, but when you've spent the past ten years reporting the news you've spent many a day constantly touching-up your make-up, polluting your hair with hairspray, and dressing to impress. It's par for the course.
Now, it's obvious, I've got to let some of that vanity fall to the wayside. In a way, my body has been hijacked by three little ones. However, I'll be completely honest, I can't help but wonder what my once bikini belly will look like after housing three babies at once! I've seen pictures of some post triplet mommies' bellies and it ain't always pretty--- think stretch marks times three and an extra helping of lose skin. Yikes!
Well, I may be the exception; thanks to my fairy godmother, Pam!

She's not only one of the nicest people I've ever met, but she's helped me throughout this pregnancy in so many ways. First of all, she works for Unilever, a company that makes everything from lotions to ice cream! Pam has hopped on the "save the belly bandwagon" by constantly sending me creams, lotions, even shower gels, that not only make me feel a little prettier while I'm wobbling 'round the house, but also, might help to stop those stretch marks in their tracks!

Pam's also helping me to keep my sanity during the
roller coaster ride better known as "
bed rest". Look at all these great magazines she sends my way! Pam, I don't know what I'd do without you lady!

All is clear on the belly (for now). Here's the view from 26 1/2 weeks (mind you, this would be just over half way through a "typical" pregnancy). And you know what? In the end, if I do end up with some "mommy battle scars", well, it's definitely worth it!
