Happy Anniversary To Us!

Phew! Two years fly by so fast! This week Tom and I marked our second wedding anniversary--- reminding ourselves that we are now parents to three children after only having been married for two years, weird, huh? I'll bet we weren't thinking that would be the case on May 21st of 2006 when we walked down the aisle. Here's a picture from that faithful day. If someone had told me that at the time I'm sure I would have had a good laugh!
So, a little background, first... I can't talk about our wedding day/honeymoon without a little walk down memory lane. After the wedding, we honeymooned in Puerto Vallerta, Mexico, at a fabulous resort known as Grand Velas... and folks, "fabulous" is an understatement! I wish I were there right now!

While in Puerto Vallerta, we did more than just lounge by the pool, the coolest part--- yes, we rode ATV's through the jungle! Or, should I say, Tom drove and I rode along... a little too wild for me, but SO MUCH FUN!
So, to commemorate our "Mexican adventures" we always go out for Mexican on our anniversary. This year, we stayed local and went to a little place called Boxcar Cantina which I absolutely adore. After many Margaritas and way too much Guacamole, we were anniversaried out! And, of course, here's Tom at the end of the night, remembering that he has three children at home.... just kidding, Tom!
And finally, when we did return, it seemed that little Annie wasn't so happy we had spent so much time away.... or maybe she just wanted a Margarita of her own! Here's to many more wonderful years together!
