You've Come A Long Way Babies!

Forget about Tom and I! I know what most of you really want to see are the babies, right? I wish I could tell you who they look like, what color eyes they have, and if any of them love to eat pizza as much as I do, however, the answers to those questions will obviously have to wait.

What I can provide you are some ultrasound images, just to give you an idea of how much and how fast they are growing and developing. This first picture was towards the beginning of it all; probably in September. You can see three separate sacs and three tiny babies developing inside. No, they don't look much like babies at this point, but they'll soon prove us wrong.

this is just one of the babies. They are too big to all fit in the same picture at this point. They probably weigh about a pound each by now. This is "Baby A". They've been labeled babies "A", "B" and "C" so that they doctors can keep track of them all individually. And the big question, what are we having? Well, I know, but Tom doesn't want to know, so I'll keep that a secret for now. Don't forget to add your guess to the poll!


And just as the babies are growing, so am I. Do you know what it was like watching the doctor inch the scale past 150 lbs for the first time in my life? I can't describe it, but I will tell you that I wasn't smiling! While we're about 20 weeks along the doctor says I'm nearing the size of a single full term pregnancy. I suppose that makes sense, I've got a lot of babies in my belly!
