Happy V-Day Babies!

Yes, it is Valentine's Day, but that's not what I'm talking about. Today is "Viability Day" for babies "A", "B", and "C". What does that mean you might ask? We've hit the 24 week mark, so, if they were to be born now, they would have a slim chance of surviving.
All togeher now, "Happy Viability to you. Happy Viability to you. Happy Viability to "A", "B", and "C"..... Happy Viability to you! "



We certainly don't want them to be born anytime soon, but 24 weeks is a milestone in the world of multiples. Our next big goal is to make it to 28 weeks and so on and so on. The real home run is 36 weeks. Each week and each day really counts towards their development. In case you're wondering, they're now all about the size of an ear of corn.

I also thought I'd share this famous picture with you of a baby reaching her arm out of her mother's womb as the doctor opperated for Spina Bifida. It's such an amazing picture and reminder of the life inside!
